Check-in is free between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
For arrivals outside of these hours, a reception service fee applies:
- From 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM: €10.00
- From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €20.00
- From 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM: €30.00
Check-ins after midnight are permitted only with prior authorization from the property and are subject to a €40.00 surcharge.
The late check-in fee applies per room, not per person.
We recommend that guests provide their estimated time of arrival— via info@viaromahome.it, on WhatsApp at +39 347 0528058, or through the OTA platform where the reservation was made —as far in advance as possible. The property reserves the right not to guarantee check-in for guests who have not provided advance notice of their arrival.
